


Organic Carrot & Hazelnut Cake
Moist, earthy, and delicately sweet, this carrot and hazelnut cake combines the tender crumb of almond meal with the satisfying texture of organic buckwheat. Gently spiced with cinnamon, the cake is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and complemented by the earthy sweetness of fresh carrots. We've used coconut yogurt and extra virgin olive oil to keep it moist, while a hint of lemon adds a bright, zesty finish. Topped with a creamy cashew-based frosting, this cake is a wholesome and flavourful treat.
