Fresh, fruity, and zesty, this lemon polenta cake combines a moist, tender crumb from almond meal with the satisfying texture and flavour of organic polenta. Filled with organic wild blueberries, known for their superior nutritional qualities and flavour, and topped with a lemon coconut glaze and freeze-dried wild blueberries, each slice is vibrant in flavor and nourishing. 

20cm serves 8-10 people.
