Warm, nutty, and fragrant, this apple and hazelnut polenta cake combines the tender crumb of almond meal with the satisfying texture of organic polenta. Subtly spiced with ground cardamom, the cake is sweetened with organic apple and rapadura sugar, adding natural sweetness. We've used coconut yogurt and extra virgin olive oil keep it moist, and topped with hazelnuts for crunch.
