Vanilla bean & chocolate cake
Rich, comforting, and decadent. This vanilla bean cake combines a soft vanilla bean sponge with the smooth richness of silky dark chocolate ganache. Made with organic brown rice flour and carefully selected whole ingredients, the texture is light, moist, and completely nut free, making it perfect for celebrations of all ages. Organic vanilla beans bring warmth and depth to the cake, balanced by the richness of organic cacao and dark chocolate throughout each layer.
Finished with a glossy chocolate ganache, this cake feels nostalgic yet refined, with the option to add colourful sprinkles for a playful, kid friendly finish or keep it simple and elegant without them.
Please note: the farm animals featured in the product image are illustrative only and are not included with the cake.
Because we use natural coloured 100's & 1000's, your sprinkles will be included separately in your order. This ensures they stay perfectly vibrant and crisp right up until the moment you use them (natural colours can bleed if applied to the cake too far in advance.)

Made with care, made to order. Every cake we make is freshly baked to order, with a minimum of 3 days' notice needed before collection.
Choose your pick up date. Available collection dates are from Wednesday to Saturday at Organika store. Once you click "pre-order" you will be able to select your collection date.
Ordering for a Sunday celebration? Choose Saturday as your pickup date. Your cake will keep perfectly and be ready for your event.
