Matcha & strawberry cake
Light, balanced and gently earthy. This matcha and strawberry cake combines the mellow richness of organic green tea with the natural sweetness of Organic strawberries. Crafted with organic brown rice flour and carefully selected whole ingredients, the texture is tender and airy. Bright strawberry coulis runs through each layer, together with our special recipe of white cacao filling. Bringing a soft tang that pairs beautifully with hints of vanilla, lemon, and aromatic lemon balm.
Covered in our velvety white cacao frosting made with coconut cream and cacao butter, this cake feels smooth, clean, and balanced, with delicate berry notes and the subtle depth of matcha in every bite.

Made with care, made to order. Every cake we make is freshly baked to order, with a minimum of 3 days' notice needed before collection.

Ordering for a Sunday celebration? Choose Saturday as your pickup date. Your cake will keep perfectly and be ready for your event.
